The government will provide Rs 50,000 after completing the 12th grade, but there is a requirement.

Money for Students: Students have wonderful news. You will receive up to Rs 50,000 from the state government. Yes, you heard correctly. The Uttarakhand Board's 10th and 12th grade results are finally available. This time, almost a million students took the 12th grade exam, and 83.23 percent of the pupils passed. The top three among them were Keshav Bhatt, Komal Kumari, and Ayush Singh Rawat, with Anushka Rana of Dehradun coming in first.

The government of Uttarakhand offers a variety of scholarship programs to attract deserving students. The government gives meritorious students Rs 50,000 separately under the "Mukhyamantri Medhavi Scholarship Incentive Scheme" if they are accepted into the nation's best universities.

It's true that you can apply for this government incentive money if you graduated from high school with honors and were accepted into a particular university to continue your education. Only the first 100 students accepted into the top 50 NIRF-ranked universities in the nation would receive this award, per Uttarakhand government regulations.

The Union Ministry of Education's National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) publishes the nation's top universities, colleges, and educational establishments. You can apply for a scholarship if you are accepted into one of the top 50 universities on this list. However, only the first 100 students would receive a Rs 50,000 scholarship, and it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. By clicking on NIRF, you may discover the top 50 colleges, universities, and educational establishments across several fields.

Application Deadline

First-year graduates who were chosen from among the top 50 NIRF schools must turn in their scholarship applications by October 15th. The administration then posts the list of eligible and ineligible students on the website on October 31. After the administration approves the scholarship, the funds typically arrive in the students' accounts by November 30. There might be a delay in this, though.

How to use

Similar to the Chief Minister's Medhavi Scholarship Incentive Scheme, you must apply for this scholarship through the Samarth Portal. You must first register on the Samarth Portal in order to do this as well. Your enrollment number or 12th roll number can be used to register. You can complete the online application form as soon as it opens after registering.
