Creamy Delight: Prepare White Sauce Pasta at Home Like a Pro

Things You'll Need:

  • Two cups of pasta (macaroni, penne, or any other type)

  • Two teaspoons of butter

  • Two tablespoons of flour
  • Two cups of warm milk

  • Optional, but do I really need to state how little I don't want, cheese: ½ cup, shredded

  • To taste, add salt and pepper.

  • Italian oregano One teaspoon of seasoning (optional but strongly advised)

  • ½ teaspoon of chili flakes (optional for an extra heat)

  • Vegetables: Corn, broccoli, mushrooms, and bell peppers Use as much as you wish, or leave them out. 


Get the pasta ready

Put some boiling water in a pan to start. To prevent pasta from sticking, add salt and a few drops of oil. After adding the pasta, boil it for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until it is softened but still has that wonderful "al dente" flavor. After that, drain the water and let the pasta cool.


Get the white sauce ready.

And now for the magic! In a pan, melt butter over low heat. Fry the garlic for a few seconds until it has a wonderful aroma. After adding the flour, mix for a few seconds. The flour should be pale golden after 1-2 minutes of cooking.


Add the heated milk gently now, stirring all the time. This keeps the sauce smooth and prevents lumps. Stir until the sauce is creamy and thick. Believe me, the magic happens here! 


Incorporate Taste
